An EFT payment usually takes 48 hours to be auto-allocated to their sale where the money is paid into the SBSA bank account.

Should the reference number be incorrect, the payment will not auto-allocate and will wait in a suspense account until the customer sends Proof of Payment. The Finance Department is advised and payment is located and then manually allocated to the correct account. There is a 5-day period for the payment until the system auto-declines the sale.
