Instalment Sales Agreement
An instalment amount displayed include VAT, interest, credit life insurance, monthly service and initiation fee, if applicable, but excludes optional insurance and delivery charges. All credit applications are subject to an affordability assessment as is required by the NCA and its Regulations.
Requirements for credit applications must include a copy of your Identity document, latest three pay slips and/or bank statements, proof of residence not older than 3 months and monthly expenses. Deposits may have to be paid subject to your credit assessment.

Lay-by's
Lay-by purchases are available on selected products, with a minimum purchase value of R399. The minimum prescribed deposit is R100 per lay-by.
All items on promotion have a maximum payment period of 4 months. The contract price must therefore be paid in full within these 4 months.
Items not on promotion have a maximum payment period of 6 months. The contract price must therefore be paid in full within these 6 months.
No Lay-by’s will be offered on our Big Green Sale.
Black Friday Lay-by’s are payable within a 2-month period (end December) in order to benefit from the Black Friday price.
Price Beat
Find any item cheaper at any other retailer, provide us with a current catalogue or quote and we will refund the difference plus 5% of the difference, on condition that the identical product must be in stock at the time at the local retailer. This offer however excludes Store openings, clearance or limited quantity offers.
Cellphone Purchases
All Cellphone purchases will be subject to RICA requirements, Service Providers Ts & Cs and In-Store activation.
RICA activation is applicable on both a free sim-card provided with a handset, or a Sim card purchased separately in-store.
General
Products can be purchased from all branches, but due to our vast range, some products may not necessarily be on display in all stores.
Accessories displayed are all displayed as extras and are not included in the advertised price.
Stock and quantities may be limited at our discretion.
Consumers purchasing T.V. sets must produce their ID document, proof of residence and a valid T.V. Licence as required by legislation.

For purchases of Decoders that include installation, note that this includes the dish, smartcard and installation to one point within a 25km radius of your nearest installer. In the event where Decoder purchases are exclusive of installation, then the deal relates to the Decoder only and does not include any of the above-mentioned items.

Online Purchases
Prices advertised are applicable within South Africa only.

Online Orders – Custom Orders:
Where an order is placed and the item purchased is a Customer Order (this is indicated at the time of placing the order), no cancellation of such an item will be allowed once paid for.
Lay By orders are not applicable to Custom Orders
Online Collections:
Where a customer has opted to collect and fails to collect within a 30-day period, such orders will be cancelled and refunded.
Christmas Closing for Supplier Orders:
Please take note that Suppliers will be closing on the 15th December 2024 and will re-open for manufacture on the 15th January 2025. Deliveries of Supplier Orders will start to reach the Branches and Distribution Centers from the 25th January 2025
