How to apply for credit
Apply online
Apply online by filling in our application form.
We will notify you by SMS whether you qualify or not. We will also send you a confirmation e-mail with your result.
Once approved, you can now shop in-store.
Apply via SMS
SMS "mycredit", your name, surname and ID number to 32873 (SMS costs R1).
Our finance department will contact you as soon as possible to inform you if you qualify for credit.
If you qualify, bring a copy of your ID or valid passport, your latest 3 months' payslips or bank statements, proof of residence not older than 3 months, and a list of your monthly expenses to your nearest store to complete your application. If you are not a South African citizen, please also bring a copy of your work permit.
