On Line Credit

A new way to shop for all your Furniture, Home Entertainment, Bedding and Appliance products

It’s easy and anyone over 18 years of age can apply. Merely complete the necessary documentation and submit this to us on-line.

Scan aScan and e-mail us a certified Copy of your  ID document, or passport (if not South African but working in South Africa), your most recent payslip, your proof of residence and a copy of your TV license (if applicable).

If your application is approved, an approved Credit Limit will then be established to enable you to shop at your convenience, within this limit, with NO DEPOSIT* and with affordable repayment terms, up to 30 months.

Stock Returns / Exchanges

If you discover a manufacturing defect, or you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it within 7 days – either for the same product, or for another product of similar nature and value. The goods must however be returned in their original condition and in the packaging that they were supplied in.

Delivery

Due to the high costs of vehicles, petrol and labour, we outsource most of our deliveries to maximize productivity. The cost may vary due to distance travelled from point of purchase to point of delivery. Delivery will take place, as soon as the selected stock is available and at a time agreed with you.

We operate on Cluster Store principles thus avoiding major Warehousing costs and these savings are passed on to the benefit of our Customers.
