With the Introduction of the new National Credit Act, which came into effect since the 1st June 2007, we require the customers consent to clear them through the necessary Credit Bureaus, and obtain Credit Records of them. Should you be in agreement of this, please complete the Application for Credit. The Declaration attached, whereupon you are requested to sign and date the Declaration and fax it back to us together with your id and payslip to 011 4567108. The Application will then be processed and assessed. For the credit agreement assessment we require section 2 as attached to be completed.
